+: The staff, the room and the location are just awesome. However, breakfast experience is just terrible. The cooklady chef at the kitchen for the breakfast is just so bad. She doesnt talk to anyone, nor does she smile. We stayed there 4 nights with two kids, the first morning she was all the time on her phone sitting on a chair and never paid any attention to anyone, even the food was not there but she didnt replace or refill. We didnt get any egg for us or our kids till we decided to ask. She wasnt happy as was obvious from her face expression. The second morning when we asked again she just gave us one egg for the sunny side and that was for four of us. The third day she just told us no more eggs available. Even though we paid for the breakfast we had to go outside and pay again for a better breakfast so we dont stay hungry or make our kids starve in the morning. The spread was also a joke. There were no cups to use to get coffee from the coffee machine either. I have even stayed in 2-star hotels and the breakfast was found to be much better than this 5-star hotel (as they claim). I recommend this place for a family trip to Goereme for the location, balloons view in the morning and all the other staff members, but just dont pay for the breakfast and dont even go to eat there in the morning. You have much better and even cheaper options in the town and you wont regret.

+: Struttura molto carina in perfetto stile con il territorio con meravigliosa tarrazza panoramica, personale gentilissimo e colazione di qualità

-: Tutto perfetto, solo due piccoli dettagli: La mia stanza (family suite) era sotto la terrazza pertanto un po’ rumorosa la sera e sala della colazione non climatizzata quindi molto calda

+: Quarto muito confortável, amplo e limpo, café da manhã excepcional, staff muito atencioso e localização excelente.
