+: La disponibilità dello staff nel trovare un'altra sistemazione dopo che la prima aveva evidenti problematiche nella cassetta di sicurezza, nelle infiltrazioni al bagno e nel non funzionamento del frigo (oltre ad essere palesemente piccola). Vicinanza a autobus e tram che facilmente possono portare verso Sultanahmet o Eminönü Vicinanza a ristoranti e bar laddove poter far colazione o mangiare la sera.

+: L'hotel ha una posizione strategica: comodo per visitare a piedi i distretti di Sultanahmet e Beyoglu fino a Ortakoy e la parte europea. A due passi dal ponte di Galata con ogni tipo di locale, negozio e fermate dei principali mezzi di trasporto.Lo staff insuperabile: abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia il giorno di arrivo e ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito il giorno successivo. Siamo stati benissimo.
-: Sarebbe utile sfruttare la terrazza per la colazione (che non offrono).Alcune camere danno sulla moschea accanto (es. le 04 di ogni piano), alle 5 del mattino fanno la preghiera, se questo infastidisce mettere i tappi alle orecchie o chiedere un'altra camera.

+: The location was fantastic only few steps to Karakoy ferry and around 250 meters to karakoy tram station . Halic metro station was also near around 6 minutes walkAll The staffs were very cooperative and kind They were responsive at any time and to any demand .They offer water,tea and coffee free of charge at any time day and night I really appreciate Mr.Sener who was really friendly and helpful I will definitely come back if will visit Karakoy again
-: You have to book deluxe room if you want to have space at the room because as usual in Istanbul the rooms are very small
