-: Tesis ilk kurulduğu andan itibaren hiç bakım, tamirat, yenileme yapılmamış. Buzdolapları kırık ve paslı, klozet, banyo aksesuarları paslı, yatakların yayını sırtınızda hissediyorsunuz, odaların temizliği yetersiz, yatak başlıkları, yatakların altları sene başında bir kez süpürulmus ve öyle kalmış gibi görünüyor. Spa alanı anlatılmaz harabe gibi , hamam taslari bile paslı .
