+: Emplacement central proche de toutes les visites incontournables de la ville. Le personnel était au top, sympathique et à l’écoute

-: Camere piccole e probabilmente risalenti agli anni 80. Bagno vecchio. Colazione araba.

+: L'albergo è in una ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico di Istanbul, a poco passi dalle moschee e dal palazzo Topkapi. Lo staff è veramente gentile e disponibile, cercano di risolvere ogni eventuale problema e necessità. La struttura è piccola, ma le stanze sono abbastanza comode e, soprattutto, pulite. Fantastico il terrazzo al quinto piano, perfetto per foto e momenti romantici alla sera con davanti Hagia Sophia, veramente spettacolare.La colazione è la tipica turca, quindi non aspettativi tanti dolci, ma formaggi, olive, verdure, affettati tipici e frutta (se volete le uova sono disponibili e basta chiedere).

-: Le foto della struttura sono un po' ingannevoli e rimandano ad un immagine di albergo di lusso che non risponde veramente alla realtà. L'albergo ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, visto anche i prezzi alti di Istanbul, ma se si vogliono servizi speciali o camere moderne e funzionali bisogna andare da un'altra parte. La struttura va bene per persone che si accontentano di avere una camera pulita, silenziosa (che qui non è scontato) e del personale gentile. È un 4 stelle per la Turchia, ma per noi è in realtà al massimo un 3 stelle.

+: The staff were great but the triple room was very small, you feel that youre very sufficated there; and there is no room to move or to put your luggage. I’ve asked for a high floors room and I got a room in the first floor which was too noisy as we were close to the street. The first day the receptionist was so kind to upgrade our room for us, as I have informed them that I have inform booking.com that I would like to have a higher floors room.

-: Our last day because the hotel was fully booked they had to move us to the triple room so we had an unpleasant experience on our last day at the hotel. Along with this, the hotel is not as big as it appears in the images presents upon booking.
