+: Приветлив, услужлив и усмихнат персонал. Уютно и чисто. Храна в големи количества и разнообразна, подходяща за всеки вкус и начин на хранене, и не на последно място много вкусна.

+: The only plus of this hotel is the staff.

-: The room is old, shabby. The food and drinks were not very good, only fruit and spinach soup were delicious. There are no basic means of daily care - slippers, bathrobe, cosmetics.
