-: Mi spiace aver dato un voto basso per i motivi sopracitati ma a parer mio ciò che è successo è molto grave. Avevo prenotato una suite con vasca idromassaggio dal Dicembre dello scorso anno ma al momento del check-in mi sono ritrovato in una normalissima matrimoniale con doccia. Chiedendo spiegazioni alla reception mi è stato detto che c’era stato un errore e che purtroppo per me quella stanza non era disponibile… Per farsi perdonare mi hanno offerto la colazione, promettendomi anche dei panini e la colazione pronta al momento del check-out il giorno dopo. Purtroppo non ho trovato nulla di tutto ciò la mattina dopo e il nuovo receptionist che ho trovato sembrava non sapere nulla di tutto ciò quindi ho ricevuto una semplice colazione come tutti. Ringrazio ovviamente per la colazione offerta, ma mi chiedo cosa sarebbe successo se non avessi trovato una stanza in cui alloggiare per la notte (sono arrivato più tardi delle 20:00 quella sera).

+: La proximité des lieux à visiter dans le viel Istanbul. Toutefois cet avantage n'est pas determinant, le même quartier comporte 200 hotels ou plus aussi bien situés. Le personnel est juste Ok sans plus . Mention particulière toutefois pour Maya, toujours souriante et de bonne volonté.
-: Le manque de standing pour le prix payé : 130€ la nuit pour une chambre valant 30€ ! La réalité sur place ne correspond aucunement aux images présentées sur le site. Si j'avais connu la réalité je n'aurais jamais retenu cet hôtel. Plafonnier blafard, pas de lampes de chevet, pas de desserte pour poser les valises, placard étriqué, matelas fatigué ... Paquet de cigarettes et cendrier plein traînant sur la terrasse 6 jours durant, poubelle pas vidée, salle de bain pas nettoyée ... Je comprends mal comment cet établissement peut être référencé par Booking.com
