+: The property was a very tropical feel. It catered to all family sizes and has a complex layout rather than a typical hotel. You are taken to your room with buggies and the handling of the staff at the door was lovely. The resort was a new and modern build, and was synched to tech. You could reserve pool tables and restaurants via their app, which was convenient. The resort is very versatile for couples and for families.

-: The restaurant booking system was cumbersome to say the least. You must reserve a table a few days before you arrive because the restaurants were totally worth it. While the system says that the restaurant is booked out, when we got there, the restaurant was totally empty throughout dinner service or it was nowhere near full. The beach is rocky, but clean and nice. There are also water sports like parasailing etc.

+: - The food was amazing quality and tasted very good. Always a lot of options for any taste- nice beach- we liked a-la-carte restaurants- the entertainment was amazing and there were different artists, bands, acrobats every evening

-: - Cockroaches- from the first time we entered our room there were many of them in the bathroom. At first we didn’t even believe it that at the hotel if such a level this could happen. Then one evening there were too gigantic in our room which we killed. My husband too the ‘bodies’ to the recessed they simply said it is a part of their fauna - the staff didn’t always speak English - there were not enough sun chairs near the pool and the hotel charged 10 euros to book double sun chairs which were empty but they did not let people sit on them

+: We stayed in a 1 bedroom swim up with 2 kids. The luxury of our own pool was a really nice benefit. The staff are helpful and there is no shortage of anything to eat or drink, with a wide assortment for both!

-: The room service was a bit iffy, we only received a top up of beers in our minibar once in a 4 day stay. Of course we could go fetch our own, but nice to have it in your room!

+: Hotel je veľmi luxusný, s veľmi dobrými stravovacími službami a všetkými službami vôbec. Hotel vôbec nie je preľudnený aj keď má plnú kapacitu, na pláži je dostatok lehátok, na baroch sú veľmi dobré miešané nápoje a veľkou výhodou je degustačná reštaurácia Chefs kitchen, kde vám ponúknu výborné degustačné menu od prestížnych šéfkuchárov za malý doplatok.

-: Je trochu cítiť že hotel má už 5 rokov, ale na službách sa to neprejavuje, musia doň investovať aby si zachoval túto vysokú latku.
