-: On 07.07.2023, through app I booked and payed for a room in the hotel "Alessia Hotel & Spa", represented on app as "Alessia Hotel Hotel & Spa". As we arrived, we were told that that this hotel does not work with Booking.com at all, and that their account on Booking.com is fake. Consequently, we were denied of checking in. We were also told that that day 4 or 5 people came in in this hotel with the same problem of booking a room with a fake hotel account.

-: hotel wasn’t open when we arrived ..still under renovation..but was bookable on website. was told by workers we’d been scammed! Needless to say wasn’t happy and had to find alternative accommodation and booking. com could not be contacted asap to verify this so was concerned our cc was compromised.

-: wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht und gleich online bezahlt. als wir dort ankamen sagten uns ein paar Männer, die vor dem Hotel standen, dass es zu sei und wohl umgebaut wird. bei einer Stornierung des Zimmer muss man den vollen Preis zahlen und auf unsere Nachrichten hat keiner reagiert. per Telefon auch nicht erreichbar. Sind jetzt auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben.

-: I booked the property through booking.com and travelled over 6 hours to reach there. After reaching the property I was told that the property is closed for renovations. why take bookings when you are closed ? It is as simple as blocking the dates on booking.com until your property is ready.
