+: The staff we’re so accommodating and helpful. They carried my luggage up the stairs for me and down again when I left and help me find my way around town the room was delightful and comfortable. The location was fantastic.

-: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

+: The cave like ambience and the bathroom was great

-: It would have been great to have a swimming pool and better breakfast spread

+: - Gutes Frühstück - Terrasse bietet tollen Ausblick - und wurde nach 1 Nacht unaufgefordert ein Wechsel in ein besseres Zimmer angeboten

-: - Abends leider kein Terassenbetrieb (Ausschank von Getränken)- Personal ist freundlich aber spricht nur wenig - Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage - In beiden Zimmern Duschkopf kaputt

+: Staff are very helpful and friendly. Specially people in the breakfast service. Location is also good near to city center. I like the roof to relax in evening.

-: We didn’t like the room. We are with the baby, initially cot wasn’t there and room was outside the property which was inconvenient. And then the Room was changed but that one is with no ventilation and felt like oven. There is no AC in the property and fan is not good enough. So in summer it was a bit challenging.

+: Die Lage war recht zentral und auf den Terassen kann man sehr schön die Heißluftballons früh am Morgen beobachten und bestaunen. Einfach ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Man muss nicht unbedingt auf höhere Standorte fahren um ein ähnliches Erlebnis zu erleben.

+: De ligging was perfect loop afstand van het centrum en alle bezienswaardigheden

+: Very close to the city center . Everything is walking distance .

+: La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa, ben arredata, letto king super comodo, bagno ampio con doccia e enorme. La posizione della struttura era ottima sia per girare la Cappadocia che per andare ai vari ristoranti o guardare il decollo delle mongolfiere all'alba sul terrazzo dello stesso albergo.

-: La stanza, forse in quanto ricavata dalla roccia di tufo, si sbriciolava letteralmente. La mattina trovavamo granellini di roccia per terra il che non è che ci lasciasse molto tranquilli.Il bagno per quanto bello aveva il braccio doccia vecchio e rotto. La colazione completamente da rivedere sebbene il personale sia stato sempre super impeccabile e cercava in qualsiasi modo di venirti incontro.
