+: The hotel is fairly small and compact which made it very easy to get around and cozy. The best in the hotel are the kinder pools and kinder club . The evening program was mega cool. I really enjoyed it. Although at first day of our arrival the water in kidnerpool was too cold it was adjusted at a few guests' request i guess. Our kid also loved the kids club (Ms Noama was truly amazing with kids and very caring, Oksana was less engaging, id say you need to put extra smile on while working with kids). The only disappointment was that some of the activities we had to pay for extra. (tshirt and sand painting ) The food was also good, big choice in buffet,tasty meals at the main restaurant Horizon and grill-restaurant Anatoliya.
-: Gala night buffet was a failure. The fresh food items like fish and sushi and meats were put and displayed outside at +35degrees for 2-3hours, i think it is against food safety and hygiene regulations. with flys flying all around food. it was a turn off. plus additional queeing time since all people were gathered the same time for food and had to sit and wait at +35degrees without aircon outside. after sweating for 30-40min without food, had no desire to eat anymore. the customer service at check-in -counter is not friendly, we were not offered a hotel tour, though some people did receive it. we were refused the taxi service at night, and some other incidents that were settled after the complaint. the personnel at the restaurants and housekeeping is friendly though and always ready to help and serve.
