+: Food Food is delicious .. And available all the time . ( snacks at Pool. beach between 11am -6 pm ) . Breakfast lunch dinner all the food nice and have alot of options all open buffet .. ( Breakfast live station eggs mixed with vegetables . lunch didn't tried . Dinner live barbecue . Fish . Chicken cubes .wings . Meat cube .Alot of sweets and vegetables .Last day for us was a sea corner for sushi . Staff are friendly adn helping .. Anything you need they brought it to your table . Kids corner for healthy food .There is a sweet bar and icecream area . With coffee and tea corner but not close to the pool .. But was cery nice sweets .ActivityKids playing area is nice and open for this time 10:30 am to 16 : 00 .Before and after its closed .Adult playing slides are open for 4 hours only each day . I don't know why .Each night they have activities for kids after dinner .Making dj and cartoon character and balloons and jumping . My kids like it so much .Roomwas clean and big ( i took 2 rooms sharing wih door between ) + balcony and the pool . Ground floor with 2 tv and 1 bathroom . Room service is fast . Cost me 732 euro for 4 days 3 night . May 2023BeachThere is a club car which deliver me and my family's to the beach .. Besides the beach another pool + snacks bar + ground play area + basketball + volleyball + bathroom .Cleaning Every thing is clean .. All the time you will find someone cleaing for park area . Coredor . Bar area .even my room was a clean when i took it .Finally for me will come again and i recommend this hotel . Staff very friendly . I like them all .
-: Negative 1. Adult playing slides are open for 4 hours only each day .2. Pools inside and outside not heated at all .3. Don't expect that staff are talking English . Most of them don't know .4. When i arrived they gave me a duplex room ..was very old and very hot and i cannot control the ac there .Only available ac option is the hot one .. So i went to reception area and i request to change it .. They tried to convince me that this is the only option available .. They lie to me cuz i can see alot of rooms was cleaning besides my room ( they said the manager will be here after 2 hours .. After fighting the manager show up ..with some negotiation they give me room 1767 it was amazing . Close to resturant . Pool . 2 rooms with door between .5. No ironing and i didn't request it . May be its available i dont know actually .
