+: The staff though less in number but was extremely attentive and within minutes solved all issues. They helped us with various attraction bookings. The rooms were daily cleaned and towels and sheets changed daily.Ali was very polite and helpful.

+: The hotel was nice and clean. We would like to thank Ali for his exceptional assistance in getting around in Istanbul, choosing a café for dinner for our first night in Istanbul. He also recommended our lovely day trips to Bursa and Sapanca & Machukia. Thank you Ali and wish you all the best in your career!

-: The room didn't have a carpet on the floor. Bare floor isn't comfortable at all. There were no pastries in breakfast.

+: Special thanks to front office assistant Ali, he was very polite and friendly he was always ready to help he gave me important advice,

-: Breakfast was very basic,, I understand it's not a 5 star hotel but breakfast must excite guests cause day starts with breakfast,so I didn't lime either at all, 😐 but management must take extra effort to improve breakfast
