Отель не понравился, персонал не приветливый, на английском говорит только администратор который ни разу не улыбнулся. С остальными пришлось объяснятся на пальцах.. Номера ОЧЕНЬ шумные, особенно которые выходят на сторону моря и дороги... Side Sea View и Sea Side View, в первом случае окна выходят на стену соседнего здания и сбоку море, во втором на дорогу и прямой вид на море... В номере нет геля для душа, шампуня и мыла.. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Завтраки очень бедные... на раскладке только соленые сыры, сосиски, маслины и огурцы с помидорами.. остальное выдает женщина (которая тоже не говорит по английски, приходилось тыкать пальцем) из этого "остального" всегда было непонятно что есть в наличии, то омлет то недожаренные (на фото) рогалики.. никакого меню нет. Ощущение что женщина выдает еду нехотя)) В описании к отелю указано что есть пекарня - так вот пекарни нет) она закрыта. Из выпечки купленной в магазине был хлеб и турецкие бублики с кунжутом которые были порезаны на много кусочков в перемешку св

+: We were pleasantly surprised to find that one of our rooms had a wonderful full sea view and a jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel itself is perfectly located just a short walk from the sandy part of the beach and close to various supermarkets and eateries. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful, ready to answer all our questions and providing an iron when needed. The hotel restaurant was nice, and I especially appreciated the freshly baked ciabatta bread served every morning at breakfast.

-: The rooms are equipped with a kitchen that includes a fridge, kettle, and small electric burner. However, if you plan to cook during your stay, be aware that the hotel does not provide dishware, cutlery, or pans. The corridors and the stairway from the 1st floor to the lobby are quite dimly lit, so we had to use our phone flashlights to see our way. Additionally, the hotel’s own beach section is located a bit far, so we chose to enjoy the nearby beach instead.

+: The location is nice, it’s close to the public beach and all the cafes,shops even pharmacy. Managers are very friendly even though their English not excellent they are doing their best. Sea view room is an amazing option. The breakfast is good regarding to the food options.

-: The bathroom really needed a retouch, there is a mold on the ceiling. The beach provided by the hotel with free umbrellas and sun beds are quite far away (20 minutes walk) and it’s not always possible to walk there under the heating sun. The main light is working only with the fan, that makes nice breeze but also a bit annoying that you can’t turn it off but keep the light. The neon light was half broken. There is no coffee machine on the breakfast.

+: Stilig hotel til en grei pris, ligger veldig sentralt med tanke på barer og restauranter i området. Her får man mye hotell for pengene !

-: Stranden til hotellet var 30 minutt gå avstand, det var ikke opplyst om dette når man booket hotellet. Frokosten hadde lite variasjon men smakte godt. Ekstrem parfymelukt i matsalen, så sterk lukt at jeg mistet lysten til å spise frokost på hotellet..

+: jag gillade mest läget ligger centralt nära på centrum och stranden, hotellet var så fräsch rent, personalen så trevligt frukost bäst service fantastiskt hotellet väldigt lyxigt, jag lämnade mitt hjärta där kommer åka igen om igen samma hotell

+: Kamer heeft balkon met zeezicht (wel vanaf de 4e verdieping). Makkelijk lopen naar het strand. Supermarkt (waar we elke dag watermeloen haalden en boven op onze kamer aten), winkels en restaurants allemaal in de buurt. We betaalden 200 TL (juli 2024, ong. 5,70 euro voor huur van 2 ligbedden en parasol voor hele dag).

-: Bij aankomst hebben ze ons op een kamer gezet op 2e verdieping met geen zeezicht! Terwijl wij maanden tevoren nadrukkelijk een kamer MET zeezicht hebben betaald en gereserveerd. Na klacht hierover hebben ze ons de volgende dag in een kamer MET zeezicht op de 4e verdieping geplaatst. Dit was een verbetering maar kamer lijkt helaas niet op de foto's (hadden grotere kamer verwacht). Parkeerplek vinden voor het hotel in het hoogseizoen (juliaugustus) is een ramp. Hun eigen Cleopatra strand nr 29 is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het hotel (3 minuten met de auto) met gratis strandbedden en parasol MAAR de zee is helaas niet te betreden vanwege grote keien! Ontbijt viel voor ons ook tegen omdat er bijvoorbeeld maar 1 soort brood was (harde zuurdesembrood) en geen varieteit in broden. Ook was er geen yoghurt. Voor cappuccino moest je 3 euro per persoon bijbetalen en dat kan echt niet! Vanaf de 2e dag hebben we daarom ergens anders heeeerlijk ontbeten (bijv. Daphne's Coffee & Tea, Bergamot Coffee en Citirim Pastanesi). We hebben een avond besloten om te eten oin het restaurant van het hotel. Dat viel TEGEN! Zonder waarschuwing vooraf zette de ober een glazen fles Erikli water op onze tafel en opende het meteen! De ober hoort eerst te vragen of we een fles water willen of niet. We kregen niet de tijd om te zeggen dat we niet wilden betalen daarvoor. Het werd ons zomaar opgedrongen. Bij mijn opmerking waarom hij dat deed, antwoordde de ober dat dat hoorde bij het concept van het hotel?!!! Uiteindelijk hebben we omgerekend 2 euro betaald voor een flesje water. Het gaat niet perse om het geld maar om de principe dat je wordt afgezet waar je bij bent.

Additionally, many facilities in the room were either broken or in poor condition. The toilet seat was unusable, the shower did not hold properly, and the air conditioner only emitted warm air, which made the room very uncomfortable.Moreover, the room description on your site mentioned a view of the sea, but in reality, the view was of a waste disposal area. This was misleading and not what I expected based on the information provided.Furthermore, I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM due to my early flight, but I was not allowed to check in unless I paid an additional fee of €25. I was not informed of this extra charge at the time of booking, either by the hotel or through your platform.Given these issues, I believe this stay did not meet the standards I expected, nor did it align with the description provided on your website. I request a refund or at least partial compensation for this unsatisfactory experience.I trust that you will address this matter promptly and ensure that such discrepancies are corrected for future guests.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
