+: Es war schrecklich, die gesamte Zimmer Ausstattung ist total abgenutzt und brüchig. Jakuzi ist ein Witz im Zimmer, die außen Abdeckungen sind komplett kaputt so das frei stehend abgestellt wurden. Das Telefon war am Kabel gerissen und die losen Kabel hängen noch an der Wand. Die Vorhänge zur Bad sind total dreckig und haben überall Flecken, der Wand ist auch schmutzig und mit Flecken. Das Bett ist auf einer Seite wahrscheinlich kaputt so das ich komplett in einer Grube geschlafen habe. Ich mußte morgens wenn ich aufstehen wollte raus klettern aus dem Bett. Immer wieder kam es zur Strom Ausfällen während die Unterkünfte rechts und links noch Strom hatten. Das erste was ich gemacht habe als ins Zimmer kam war die Handtücher auswechseln zu lassen weil überall gelbe Flecken waren. Ich empfehle es niemanden. Der Manager oder Besitzer versucht wahrscheinlich das allerletzte aus dieser schäbigen Unterkunft raus zu holen. Absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!

+: l so we booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the balcony with sea view at this so called boutique hotel. That was the biggest mistake I’ve done on this trip. The entrance to the hotel was although very very beautiful and the common areas inside the hotel was also uniquely decorated and was really happy when we checked in that we had the opportunity to stay at such a fantastic hotel. The room was although horrible so the feeling changed quickly. The view from the hotel was although also amazing. Right on the beach overlooking the castle. The young women working in the reception was also fantastic. They were so friendly and always smiling and tried their best. The problem is the management. There was an older woman working during breakfast and she was also very very lovely. For breakfast you got a plate served with omelette, salad, slice of ham and cheese, a bread roll and some melon. Nothing special, but it was enough for us. The restaurant is also open to the public and on Sunday they had a buffet that the hotel guests also good eat from. The buffet really was one of the best I’ve had.

-: We booked this hotel just for the jacuzzi on the balcony with sea view. It took an hour to fill jacuzzi (barely any hot water) and when we put on the jet streams it squirted out lots of dirt. I emptied it and filled it again and turned on the jet streams again and the same thing happened. I complained to the reception and told them they need to clean inside the pipes and they came and cleaned just the jacuzzi floor and said it was broke and I could not use the jet streams - just fill it with water like a bath tub and they will look the next day. By 13.00 the next day no one came, we left the hotel and asked them to fix it again. When we came back it was still not fixed, they just say we are filling it again and then it should work. It of course didn’t work since they have to clean the pipes and I complained again and said they should send someone right away. But this time not so much dirt came out so maybe it would be clean enough the next time. I also asked them to look at the ceiling lamp that didn’t work, the lamp on the minibar that didn’t work and the tv that didn’t work and told them I need to leave in 30 minutes. No one came. I got angry and left. When I came back after dinner they had cleaned the jacuzzi, but the two lamps and the tv still didn’t work. The jacuzzi still squirted out some dirt in the third day but we gave up and used it anyway. More problems with the room is that there was no pressure in the shower so it was very hard to rinse your hair. After 20.00 there was no hot water. The tiles of the floor did not fit so the tiles was also moving when you walked in them so I almost slipped one time. My partner works very late so we didn’t leave the hotel until 13.00 during the days and then removed the do not disturb sign. I understand that they might not have the time to clean the room then (although at Gurses they clean of you leave before 14.

+: Läget var fantastiskt, bra ac på rummet och balkong mot havet var toppen

-: Säkerhetsboxen på rummet var väldigt dyr, 10 eur per dag!!Brukar ingå på andra hotell.Sängarna lite hårda. Mycket hög musik till sent på natten inte ok, som att sova i disco!En lunch serverades pizzan långt efter( mer än 30 minuter skillnad!) den andra maträtten. Man vill äta lunch tillsammans.
