+: temizligi gayet iyiydi, konumuda sehre yakindi

-: personeller hic güler yüzlü degillerdi, gördüklerinde selam vermeyi merhabalasmayi gectim, adeta yargilar gibi bakiyorlardi WI-FI asla cekmedi internet cok yavasti ve hic bir isimi halledemedim kizilay merkezde. yatak rahat degildi, iki tane tek kisilik yatagi cift kisilik diye birlestirmissiniz surekli duzeltmekle ugrastik. oda cok sicakti. merkezi sistem oldugu icin soguk ayari yoktu ve camlarda kilit oldugu icin acilmiyordu. Oda hamam gibiydi. disardan yemek siparisi vermek yasakti ve bunu daha once bize bildirmediniz, odaya girince ogrendik. dustaki sicak su ayari bozuktu asla sabit ayarda kalmadi, sicak ayari ayarladigim halde bir dakikada en az 3 kere buz gibi su akitti, dalga gecer gibiydi ve cok sinir bozucuydu. sampuan ve sac kremi bayat kokuyordu, kokusu kötüydü ama kullanmak zorunda oldugum icin kullandim. bunlarin hepsi bir yana beni gercekten rahatsiz eden personellerin tavriydi hic tanimadigim birine bile ne o sekilde bakar, ne o sekilde davranirim, ankarada kaldigim bu acidan en kötü oteldi.

+: Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good . Roof top restaurants view was amazing

-: They make me book two rooms. The whole family stayed in one room and that was enough and very comfortable for whole family of 6 . 2 adults on youth 3 under 8 kids .
