+: Good sized room with all necessary itemsamenities. The staff were amazing and always helpful with any questions I had. Eren in particular was always on hand to answer any questions and ensured our stay was stress free. He helped and advised on local attractions and recommended places to visit etc.

+: Location was convenient. Walkable to most attractions with tram station nearby. Many restaurants nearby. Clean room, hotel staff was helpful and responsive. WIFI works.

-: Room size is small. Water pressure for shower was inconsistent. Aircon unit had issues but was resolve when system was reset by reception. Hairdryer is a on-wall unit. Spa hammam was chargable.

+: Chambre impeccable confortable et personnel aux petits soins

-: Juste un détail .. le fil du se he cheveux est trop court. Impossible de se coiffer .. c’est bien pour les hommes mais pas pour les femmes
