+: Price was the only thing.

-: I recently stayed at Aquasis Lux Resort & Spa and found the experience to be quite disappointing. The resort was extremely busy, with a lot of people everywhere, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. Additionally, the layout of the resort requires guests to walk long distances to get to various amenities, which was quite tiring. One major issue was the buffet area, which only had one entrance and exit. This caused significant congestion and made meal times stressful rather than enjoyable. Overall, I felt that the resort did not offer good value for the money spent.

+: Beach cabanas (although they are expensive) Lake house pools. Some food options.

-: It's only lowest possible "Ultra". You need to pay for pretty much anything extra (like energy drink or better alcohol). No Wi-Fi. Mark my words. There is NO WIFI. The network keeps disconnecting and even if it's connected - there is no Internet access. The lake houses are nice, but there is trash everywhere. Also - a lot of fungi in the pools and the pool crates are in a disastrous state. Food is relatively good, but when they serve something really good (like adana) - the queues are longer than 40-50 people (some of them trying to cut the line). Parts of the aquapark are closed. The beach beds are "reserved" already around 6.00 am, but that's standard in Turkey anywhere, unless you go to a high end hotel. This is NOT a high end hotel. You cannot eat anything between 17.00 and 19.00 and between 21.00 and midnight. Nothing. Nope. No food (only drinks). The price for such a hotel is just simply horrendous.

-: De gasten die er komen en dat ze een foto hebben van een balkon bij boeking terwijl er geen balkon was in de kamer. Shows elke avond hetzelfde, te lange wachtrijen bij het eten. Kortom: voor dit geld kun je 2x een andere vakantie boeken waar je ook handdoeken moet leggen in de ochtend.

+: Turkish A la Carte Restaurant was good and the staff was amazing especially Omer Uslu. The water slides were good, the size of the hotel and the pools were big. The villa rooms are good.

-: Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty on arrival, with sand on the floor, and despite multiple complaints, housekeeping never properly cleaned it. The hotel doesn’t have vacuum cleaners, and only mops the rooms, leaving them gritty. General cleanliness was poor—dirty pool areas, mouldy kids’ pool, and an old, broken hammam. Bars were understaffed, leading to long queues in the sun, and sunbeds were in terrible condition. The lack of lifeguards at pools and the beach was concerning. Food was decent, with the Turkish a la carte restaurant being a highlight, thanks to the excellent service from Omer Usul. However, entertainment was almost non-existent, with just one live singer in 10 nights. The spa was uncomfortable, with cold treatment rooms, no music, and a lack of ambiance. Staff were mostly unfriendly and seemed unhappy, negatively affecting the overall atmosphere. The hotel needs significant improvements in management, cleanliness, and service.
