+: Location, beach, view from the villa, personal.
-: We were staying at the villa which was away from the reception, breakfast, beach and other facilities. Waiting time for the shuttle was a bit longer then it should be. There were a few shuttles but number of villas and apartments were much higher. The hotel should increase the number of shuttles at least two times otherwise it is not comfortable to wait for a shuttle for 10-15 minutes in average.

-: L’accueil à la réception le personnel pas accueillant ni bienveillant pas un mot de bienvenus les chambre pas disponibles à 14:00 et ne maîtrisant pas du tout l’anglais . L’animation sportive en journée pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles les sessions débutaient à 10;30 pas la gym yoga a 37 degré au lieu de débuter au moins à 9:00 d une durée de 30 minutes commençant avec 5 minutes de retard durait l’après midi l’aquagym censé nous rafraîchir 15 minutes au lieu de 30 pour cause de chaleur dixit les animateurs avec un niveau 3 eme âgeHamam payant activité nautique payantes Le restaurant Italien n’avait que le nom une grande déception les produits n’étaient pas de qualité et le plat principal n’avait rien d’italien purée haricots vert poisson ou veau cuit à la vapeur .

+: The facilities were abundant and largely focused on water activities (slides pools etc...)
-: The pools were not heated, although they had the means to do so, and the water was absolutely fridged. We were unable to enjoy all the wonderful facilities as it was simply too cold.
