+: Por lo menos había una nevera

-: Llegamos al hotel y ya desde fuera pudimos apreciar que nada tenía que ver con lo que habíamos reservado. Al entrar fue imposible comunicarnos con el personal que ni hablaba inglés ni entendía el traductor. Esperamos en la piscina hasta que nos dieran la habitación y como teníamos "todo incluido" fuimos a por un café. Y aquí es donde empezamos a alucinar porque no había de nada, ni café, ni zumo natural, ni agua embotellada y un sinfín de cosas. Pudimos confirmar a la hora de la comida que efectivamente el *buffet* no tenía desperdicio. Un poco indignadas nos dirigimos a la habitación y aquí llegó la guinda del pastel. Cristales con marcas por todas partes de otros huéspedes, suelo sucio y lleno de bichitos, objetos tirados de otros huéspedes, jabón con bichos, la manta para taparnos estaba sucia, el wc tenía restos de heces...Cuando hicimos el chek out nos dijeron que no habíamos pagado, les enseñé mi factura para que vieran que se había pagado por booking y nos tuvieron un buen rato en la recepción repitiendonos constantemente que teníamos que pagar.Llamamos a booking para que nos dieran una explicación y por supuesto una solución ya que su anuncio es absolutamente engañoso y lo único que hicieron fue pedir disculpas.

-: Hotel je prljav, nema usluge čišćenja. Niko nam tokom osam dana nije zamenio posteljinu, peškire, sredio sobu, iako smo to zahtevali. Bazen je mutan i prljav. Izbor hrane je razočaravajući, pa smo često jeli van hotela.

+: alles war schön man kann ehrlich gesagt über den Preis nicht mekkern außer die Sauberkeit unser Zimmer wurde nur per Joker geputz es war immer ein Rätsel ob mein Zimmer sauber war oder nicht wen man die drauf anspricht hies es nur wir haben wenig Personal aber an sonsten essen war ok man kann nicht meckern für den Preis der Pool wurde immer sauber gemacht Personal sehr nett und sympathisch
