+: Below average hotel. The personnel is doing a good job and most are very helpful but the hotel is old and in desperate need of a renovation. Breakfast was poor. Rooms small not well lit and the cleaning was hit and miss

+: Medewerkers van alle afdelingen waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral Oguzhan hij had ons kamer omgeboekt naar een betere optie voordat ik arriveerde met mijn gezin. Ook werd er steeds gevraagd of alles naar wens is. Costumer service is 10 waardoor de experience geweldig is.
-: Omgeving van het hotel was in verbouwing waardoor de straat 'n minder kwalitatief uitstraling heeft.
