+: L’hôtel est juste magnifique, il est plus beau en vrai. Les chambres sont très cosy, calmes et propres. L’établissement est très bien entretenu et très bien situé (marina a 10mn en voiture). La plage privée de l’hôtel est très propre et offre une vue exceptionnelle. L’hôtel porte très bien son nom. Et pour finir, que dire du personnel et leur service juste impeccable. Le personnel était très souriant, très disponible et professionnel. Ils étaient vraiment au petit soin. Je tiens à remercier spécialement Mme Jihane Ahmid, Manager du service client, pour l’accueil reçu et les petites attentions qu’on a beaucoup appréciées avec ma conjointe. Nous tenons aussi à souligner notre totale satisfaction pour l’ensemble du personnel et spécialement Mme Yasmine, M. Shahin et M. Batu.

+: Very nice location, beautiful waterfront and restaurant
-: Noisy, the door bell in the neighbouring room kept waking us up every night. Staff didn’t speak English apart from maybe one or 2 people. Our requests for water while on the beach were ignored . Whether due to lack of understanding the language or otherwise . Also we have paid for the stay on the check in, although we charged again prior to check out , which led to a lengthy check out process. Food is very overpriced , so are the rooms . Having stayed in several hotels around Yalikavak, this hotels does live up to what is advertised

+: Honestly guest relations and concierge was great help , i didnt know much about Bodrum and Jihan made my experience very smooth and memorable.They have white sand beach, pilates reformer, and its close to Yalikvav.
