+: Super hotel ….super personal …micul dejun foarte bun ….cazarea buna….destul de curat…singurul inconvenient a fost ca nu mergea nici un frigider in nici una din cele 4 camere ocupate ….ca și locație este super ….este foarte aproape de centru ….de bazar…de magazine…

+: V izbe bolo čisto (okrem prehozu na posteli). Jeden z recepčných má dobrú úroveň angličtiny. S ostatnými sa dá dohovoriť anglicky.

-: Hotel je v bočnej uličke ale veľmi hlučný. Ráno o piatej hotelový personál robil hluk na chodbe a všetko bolo počuť. Hotelový personál fajčí pred vchodom, ale cigaretový dym som cítila v mojej izby aj cez zatvorené okno a dvere. V skrini bol k dispozícii paplón bez návliečky. Cena za hotel mi bola účtovaná v tureckých lírach a nie v eurách ako bolo avizované. Hotel som preplatila.

+: Hotel vicino alla metro yenikapi. Buona la colazione anche se la stessa per 6 mattine.

-: Camera claustrofobia senza finestre con un caldo soffocante probabilmente dovuto al motore del frigo incassato nel mobile. Equivaleva ad avere una stufetta sempre accesa in maggio. Il condizionatore portatile in camera era rumorosissimo e durante la notte mi teneva sveglio. Alle mie rimostranze fatte alla reception mi è stato risposto che per il cambio camera avrei dovuto pagare una notevole differenza. Lo staff era composto da ragazzotti piuttosto freddi e indifferenti. Mai un saluto. L’unica gentile era la signora delle colazioni. Ciliegina sulla torta la mattina del check out hanno cercato di farmi ripagare l’intera somma dovuta ( che io avevo già pagato cash al mio arrivo in hotel purtroppo ingenuamente senza chiedere subito la ricevuta). Alla fine dopo un giro di telefonate mi hanno lasciato andare. Vado ogni tanto a Istanbul per lavoro e non tornerò MAI PIÙ in quel posto

+: Breakfast was not well prepared for guests. As of Istanbul that has long years experience and popularity, breakfast is below expectation. Even they don't receive comments. Location is so good.

-: i wish if they can correct immediately guests comments. your promotion is very exaggerated with the actual content of your hotel. promot your property as clear as anybody understands. Especially rooms difference.
