+: The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast waiter in the morning. They offered me a complimentary SIM card and transportation card during my stay. The location is good, near Istiklal and Taksim and we managed to walk for a few minutes to the station if we needed the tram.

-: The hotel is a bit run-down and the paint of the ceiling in our room was chipping off in a significant area and the bed linens had holes in it. I also didn't appreciate that the manager was pretty insistent in paying cash, since he never processed the card payment through Booking.

+: The hotel is located near Taksim square which is a spot very well-served by public transport so that every part of the city is easily accessible. The rooms are reasonably spacious, I didn't have any trouble staying with my mom for almost two weeks. The breakfast was decent, it fitted quite well to my taste. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, speaking English quite well.

-: I encountered but minor inconveniences that won't affect my overall impression. The towels were not always extremely clean, the Wi-Fi was somewhat sluggish and the air conditioner didn't always manage to deal with over 30 ºC temperature.

+: الموقع ممتاز جدا دقيقتين مشي لساحة تقسم.. المنطقة آمنة وهادئة جدا جدا والموقف مشي دقيقة..الموظفين أورهان وجنكيز وعلي متعونين ولطيفين جدا..عطونا كرت قطار ببلاش وساعدونا بأشياء كثير ..الغرف نظيفة والمناشف كل يوم تتبدل، اورهان بيحكي عربي بطلاقة فكتير يسهل عليك اقامتك من كل النواحي،يوجد بالعرف فرن وعدة مطبخ كاملة ومكرويف ومكواة ،،الغسالة لكل المقمين بس مع ذلك مافي ضغط عليها وعلي هو اللي بيساعدك بالغسيل.جدا ارتحنا وكل سنة انشالله مارح اخد غير فيه.

+: the staff was amazing especially MR Orhan the manager he was very kind and helpful the hotel is very close to takism square 2 min walking everything was amazing for me and my family
