+: Attent personeel. Mijn moeder reisde mee, deze vierde haar verjaardag tijdens haar verblijf in dit hotel. Ze werd daarvoor verrast op haar verjaardag met een stuk taart aangeboden door het hotel. Op mijn dag van vertrek moest ik doorgaan vooraleer het ontbijtbuffet opende. Ik informeerde bij de receptie naar de mogelijkheid om een ontbijtpakket te voorzien bij de check out, wat ze onmiddellijk geregeld hebben.
-: De kamer voor 1 persoon is zeer beperkt in oppervlakte en had (in mijn geval op +1) geen daglicht. Er is wel een raam wat uitgeeft op de zijgevel van een aanpalend gebouw, doch dit is op maar een 10cm van de raam gebouwd. Door de hoogte van het hotelgebouw komt er zo geen daglicht tot op +1 bij de eenpersoonskamer.

+: My stay at Azzap Hotel Galata was nothing short of perfect. The room was great and provided all the amenities you could need. The dining options were superb, with each meal being a delightful experience!The staff were incredibly attentive, and management went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. Also, Miss Burcu at the breakfast area was really helpful and always met hotel guests with a huge smile :) Highly recommend!
