+: Petit hôtel à taille humaine une équipe très sympathique. Les personnes à l'accueil (le directeur et sa collègue) très aidant. Chambre propre.

-: Mon époux est Français et quand on vient en Turquie on veut manger des plats turcs. C'est vraiment dommage de penser qu'on on veut manger des pâtes, des hamburgers ou des sushi.... on en mange tous les jours en Europe... alors des plats Turcs s'il vous plaît....

+: El desayuno al lado del mar es impecable. No tenés ni que pedir debido a que te sirven el desayuno tradicional de Turquía que incluye de todo, bien mediterráneo. La ubicación del lugar es privilegiada.

+: Il barristorante e la piattaforma sull'acqua sono meravigliosi

-: 1) gli interni sono da buona pensione e non boutique hotel2) quasi nessuno parla inglese e diventa difficile e talvolta comico ordinare qualcosa o fare una semplice domanda3) la colazione è abbondante ma è solo stile turco con nulla di dolce a parte la marmellata. Verdura, salsiccia, formaggi,... e nessuna opzione dolce4) tranne uno, i ragazzi della reception non parlavano inglese. Mi hanno fatto pagare degli espressi al check out non dovuti e tra la frustrazione generale dovuta all'incomprensione ho preferito pagare perché era impossibile comunicare5) trovo davvero difficile credere alle recensioni che danno 1010. Ho scelto questa struttura leggendo le recensioni ma evidentemente qualcosa non torna

-: Au breakfast: café à payer en extras. En chambre Pas de bouilloire pour se faire 1 café et obliger le client à payer en extras. J'ai jamais vécu ça au cours de mes nombreux voyages en Asie: en Europe USA..et ça se dit à hotel 5*

+: It was my first time in Bodrum and I got recommended the Golturkbuku area (by a friend of mine who is Turkish and a Bodrum regular) as one of the best areas in Bodrum for nice beaches and great views. I chose Babana Hotel as I read that it is on the beach front, has a private beach with sunbeds that are free for hotel guests, with breakfast included (a really nice traditional breakfast with local breads, scrambled eggs, fruits, Turkish tea, etc.), and it got very high reviews and a lot of happy visitors. I was travelling for a few days only and I was looking for a hotel that is convenient for me and I can have a good rest. I was looking to spent time on the beach and visit some of the nice barsrestaurants in the area so the locaton was perfect for me. When I made the reservation via Booking.com, Berg got in touch and he was very attentive and helpful, he replied immediately to all my questions in English, was very kind and accommodating. Reception at the hotel is open 24h which is quite convenient if you need help booking a taxi late, etc. It happened so that my flight got cancelled and I got rebooked later so Berg helped me extend my stay in a very short notice. Everyone at the hotel was really nice and helpful, I absolutely enjoyed my stay and I am impressed by the hospitality of the people! Definitely coming back!

+: The staff were so nice and friendly, the rooms are small but clean and well equipment. But keep in your mind that they don’t have iron and ironing table. The breakfast was really nice.

-: You should be careful when you want to pay during the check out, control any extra charge or the extra foods or drinks. When they told us how much we should pay, we asked for the cost details and we saw it was half of what they told us at the beginning, although they said that made a mistake.
