+: M'ha semblat molt bé la tranquil·litat del lloc. A banda, és un indret molt bonic. Especialment agradable és la zona més ajardinada de l'hotel.

-: Crec que hauria pogut millorar el coneixement de la llengua anglesa de les persones que són a recepció. S'han comportat sempre de manera molt amable, sempre han intentat ajudar-me quan els he demanat alguna cosa. Però penso que aniria bé millor si parlessin una mica d'anglès.

+: Facilities were far below expectations. They do not have thermal water in rooms. Declare itself as Thermal hotel. Miss declaration.

-: We extended our stay by one more week.They cheated by charging half board prices without telling what it included. Later we found out that dinner prices were charged. Very disappointed.

+: There is no thermal water in hotel rooms. Though it calls itself Termal hotel. There is another saperate paid facility close to it which has thermal water availability. The internet quality in very poor and not available in lobby. The staff just says that it’s under repairs.

+: Goede lokatie , nabij thermal ( en hotelgasten maken gratis gebruik van de baden).Dichtbij een busstop. Vriendelijk hotel personeel!

-: Een beetje gedateerd, een opknapbeurt (schilderwerk) is wel nodig
