+: Despite the fact that the hotel felt a little bit old fashioned, the facilities were satisfactory. The swimming pools are very clean. The food was generally quite good. You have a good choice of different foods, so you can eat well at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hot snacks are also available all day at the beach bar. Alcoholic drinks including cocktails are all free, and are served from the 5 bars situated around the hotel complex, and grounds. There are plenty of activities to keep both adults and children occupied during the day, and shows to watch in the evening. The entertainment team were very helpful, and extremely friendly. There are lots of shops across the street from the hotel. We found the prices to be much cheaper than both Antalya and Alanya. A big plus is they have fast prices. so you don't need to haggle. They prefer that you pay with Euro, Dollars, or Pounds sterling.
-: The staff in reception were always stressed, which gave us the impression that they were not particularly friemdly. Although, if you are polite and friendly towards them, they will try and help. The biggest problem seemed to be that guests were not given the rooms they expected, when they booked. Naturally, they were not happy and took out their frustration on the reception staff. Not many of the staff speak English. Russian is their preferred language as most of the guests are from Russia, or the old Soviet Union.
