+: The staff is not able to speak English, and there is nobody to help with the luggage. Outside food is not allowed security check food as it is something suspicious.

+: Good location, close to the the tram.

-: The furniture is old, the fridge doesn't cool properly, and there's no ironing facility, despite it being listed as available in the room amenities. The reception and security staff treat you like a guest at a low-budget motel. They insisted on a $100 cash deposit, even though the full stay was already paid, and refused to accept a credit card for the deposit. When checking out, five guests ahead of me were not refunded any cash. I don't understand why we were singled out for this unusual request. This is the only hotel I've stayed in that doesn't allow food in the room and uses security staff to intimidate guests as they enter the hotel.

+: Room were not cleaned properly

+: The room is spacious especially we have many big luggage for long journey. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is super good, lots of variety. Location is not too clowded but super convenience to reach anywhere by metro T1. The front desk are super friendly, attentive and helpful. Strongly recommended
