+: Just the pool

-: I didn’t like the fact that the staff didn’t speak english and they tried to fool us. We paid 400€ for a family room (one single bed and another big bed) with a balcony+ air conditioning and they put us in a smaller room, very dirty, with no air conditioning. They refused to give us the room that we paid for at the beginning, saying that the photos were “false” amd that the room they gave us is “special”. After loooong conversations with the lady at the reception, who called herserl the manager, even tho she wasn’t, we were finally moved to the room we paid for and IT WAS ALSO VERY VERY DIRTY, and during the 4 nights that we stayed at this hotel THERE WAS NO CHANGE, no one cleaned the room, they were only changing towels (one of my friends had to vacuum the floor herself). Another thing i was not happy with was the food. The breakfast was ok, the lunch i don’t know cause we ate at the restaurant, but dinner was horrible every night. In the end, i didn’t like the fact that they were out of water bottles for the last 3 days, and never refilled. The only source of drinkable water were 2 water dispensers.Also nothing worked! In our first room the AC was broken, in our friends room the same, in the second room we stayed, the toilet wasn’t working and the shower had no pressure. At our neighbors the lock was broken and so on.

+: I liked the location of the hotel because is surrounded by mountains and is also close to the sea

+: Curățenia in camere a fost făcută în fiecare zi personalul de la sala de masa este ok mancarea nu excelează dar nici nu pot spune ca mori de foame!

-: Domnisoara de la bar frumusețea întruchipata oferă băuturi doar celor care lasă bacsis 2 euro iar la ceilalți care nu oferă bacșiș berea era la 100 de grame în pahare de tărie și acela nu le punea pline.RUSINE
