Built on the site of a Byzantine villa in 1960s, the family-run Beach House enjoys a quiet location in a pedestrian area of ancient Side. It offers a private beach and sun terrace with a hot tub.
Featuring views of Antalya Bay, all rooms at Beach House are decorated with wooden furniture and carpeted floors. Each has a ceiling fan and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
Guests can enjoy traditional Turkish dishes as well as international cuisine in Beach House Hotel’s restaurant. The bar offers a wide variety of drinks and refreshments. All products used at the restaurant are organic, and are grown on the farm owned by the hotel.
Children can have fun on the trampoline, which is located in the hotel’s gardens. Beach House also offers a 24-hour reception, a tour desk, and a free shuttle service to the local Turkish baths.
The Temples of Apollo and Athena are just a 2-minute walk from Beach House Hotel, and the ancient Amphitheater is less than 200 m from the hotel.

+: Il nostro appartamento era in una posizione incantevole, mare ad un passo di fronte a noi con 5 finestre che lo esaltavano, camera con altre 4 finestre sugli scavi archeologici, cucina e lavatrice. Stare nella città vecchia pedonale e senza auto è stato magnifico, Penny è stata gentilissima e disponibile in tutto, ci è venuta a prendere con la sua auto appena fuori dalla sbarra che delimita l'area della città storica e ci ha riportato alla nostra auto a fine soggiorno, qualche sacrificio ma ne vale la pena, ottima climatizzazione. Wonderful, grazie Penny!
-: Non bisogna pensare di essere in un hotel tradizionale ma in un luogo speciale.

+: Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da man direkt zum Strand laufen kann. Man kann jederzeit vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen und sich durch das Meeresrauschen entspannen. Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und liebevoll gestaltet, sodass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Klimaanlagen helfen dabei, sich wieder abzukühlen, wenn es draußen sehr heiß ist. Mit dem WLAN und Smart-TV im Zimmer hat man weitere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, besonders wenn man mit Kindern kommt.Die Küche bietet verschiedene Küchengeräte an, die teils in den Schränken verstaut sind. Ebenso befinden sich in den Schränken das Geschirr. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass man auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung hat.Ich wünsche Frau Penny und Herrn Ali Yeşilipek viel Glück und alles Gute, dass sich die antiken Ausgrabungen auf deren Grundstück, welches sie finanzieren müssen, in Zukunft wieder auszahlen.Mit besten WünschenFamilie Uzunsoy
-: Das einzig Schlechte ist, dass man mit dem Auto nicht einfach so in die antike Stadt hineinfahren darf. Man muss beim Beamten am Anfang den Fahrzeugschein abgeben, damit man seine Sachen zum Hotel bringen kann. Später muss man wieder herausfahren, seinen Fahrzeugschein wieder abholen und in der Nähe parken. Mit dem Taxi ist es jedoch kein Problem.

+: Our Host Penny was great she was able to sort transfers out for us. And helped with checking in online. Looked after our belongings whilst we took a trip to Cappadocia for 4 days. Everything was excaeptional.
-: There was nothing to dislike. N.B. there are very few shops in Antik Side to get Breakfast groceries, we didn't cook at all but again had we decided to do so you would have to take a trip out of town. If you do I would recommend taking the bus to Manavgat town where you will find anything you want with the exception of (pork).

+: Face à la mer, la plage est juste devant, c'est parfait. Le Royal Café juste à côté a une petite terrasse sur la mer, l'accueil est souriant et on y mange bien. Les vestiges romains sont une vraie belle surprise, très bien conservés.
-: Le parking est loin (par 40°), pas d'épicerie à proximité, pensez à faire vos courses avant d'arriver pour les déposer en même temps que les bagages à votre arrivée. Vous paierez beaucoup moins cher et vous aurez plus de choix. Pensez aussi aux bouteilles d'eau en quantité !
