+: The staff were absolutely amazing , so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was perfect clean , spacious and practical. The housekeeper came whenever you wanted them to and if you needed anything extra you would get it in minutes .It was well located and we felt safe all the time as it was staffed 24hours . imaan at reception was lovely too.Thank you for a very memorable stay in Istanbul .

+: The location was ok with many restaurants, bars and shops very close. Even if is a little bit far away from main attractions, the connection with public transport it was great, metro station being very close.The people from the reception are very helpful and friendly. The penthouse has small terrace which can be a nice place to relax after a tired day. Even if some things can be improved (more cookwares, creaky stairs) I can say that was a nice stay.

+: great location - metro [osmanbey] nearby, bus routes also. Able to travel to asian side and sultanhamet areas easily. Staff are very helpful. Great for families as near by migrosbims similar to UK tesco metro are open until 9pm.
-: Location around the hotel is quite busy and roads are narrow so can be difficult to walk comfortably.
