+: Everything was perfect but some staff they were not helpful .
-: The beach has so many stones that it was very harmful .-***Fitness staff were very bad, especially one lady. I don't know her name, but I think she is from Africa .- Delay in checking in because the hotel never mentioned that there are some rooms for adults only and that cause of our delay .There is no AC in the corridors.

+: Super Hotel, ,very responsible staff, all problems that arise are solved immediately, the beach is great, it has space for everyone, very very tasty food, especially at the fish à la cart restaurant, you don't have to wait in the qeue after the meal, everything is super organized, I recommend it with confidence. The hotel in particular is organized for families, there is a very modern children's playground where the babysitter takes care of the children all day, there is a pool with water slides separated from the adults especially for children. Super show for children and adults. Green and very well-kept garden. You will not regret it if you choose this hotel!!!

+: The pools and the food were amazing. If you want to be away from children, they have an adults pool on the elite side with a bar which was lovely. The restaurants in the hotel were great! You can never go hungry in this hotel. I know in some all inclusive hotels food can be a hit or miss but the food here was great! They have chefs from all around the world! The free Starbucks was great! What I really loved about this hotel is the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. I will definitely come back!
