+: 1- View of Bursa2- Breakfast 3- Room service 4- most of employees have respectful behaviors.

-: 1- Location, but if you have a car, it doesn’t matter. 2- Smoking and non-smoking rooms should be separated 3- one of the receptionists must hide his expression, please do not disclose yourself. I saw him talking in his mother tongue with other guests; even not employees of the hotel, and staring at us ( my family and I ). If I did something, please come and tell me !!
