+: All in all it was ok. We got a great price via booking, the price-quality ratiowas definetely great! The room was a bit small but ok and mostly clean except black joints in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and ready to help, they are definetly doing their best to make up for what the hotel lacks in equipment and other stuff like certain breakfast options. The hotel is situated just outside the sultanahmet area so all the monuments in the old city are within a walking distance and it is quite easily accessible by taxi (I understand it may be a bit tricky for some hotels in the sultanhamet area). The area is quite calm at night, we slept well. There was an air conditioner in the room but surprisingly it was not very hot at night.The breakfast was ok, we found things to eat, though not everything was good.There were shampoing and conditioner and shower gel and body lotion bottles + we could take bottles of water at the reception ever day.There is also a rooftop terrace with a nice view (there is no bar or restaurant but you can bring ypur food and drinks) and a small garden space on the ground floor.
-: The equipment is not very new and has a kind of a "tired" vibe. I would say it is more of a 3 star hotel but with a great staff and service. The access to spa is free, the spa includes a pool, a hammam and a sauna (which is not very hot), the space is small but available until midnight and there weren't a lot of people, it was kind of nice. There were a lot of options at the breakfast, but we liked only a few, there are some additional options though that cost extra and that are ok like fresh orange juice. The coffee was not good at all, but they had Turkish tea that was ok.It is such a pity that there are black joints in the bathroom, I found it quite disappointing, all the rest was ok.
