+: Sincèrement rien
-: Manque d’hygiène, les couverts sont sales les chambres mal nettoyées, l’extérieur pue les poubelles, animation nulle, musique trop forte et tout est concentré sur les russes. L’hôtel doit servir à toutes les nationalités et non qu’aux russes. Personnel sont tous bien qu’avec les russes et ukrainiens .. on s’entend la différence. Pour le paiement chez booking, ils vous font payer que sur place et même si vous faites la réservation avec la carte bancaire ils disent que nous devons payer sur place. Cela nous fait des frais bancaires. Je suis vraiment mécontente. Et nous ne sommes pas les seules à avoir eu ce problème.

+: The water slides were good. The beach (5 min walk - it's the second line) was good and clean.
-: A lot of the foods were over salted. The non alcoholic drinking menu was minimalistic and poor quality (juices from powder). Cockroaches in the room. Most of the staff after 4 pm could not help with anything and did not correlate their communication with the day staff. The furniture in the lobby is so dirty that it needs to be cleaned or updated. Reported problems are not dealt with - f.e. we reported a broken bathroom handle, and it was not fixed. Overall, it would be good for a 2 star hotel, not 4.

+: Bonjour, Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience surtout la réceptionniste Mme Şehzade, qui était très agréable, souriante et elle connaît très bien son travail. De plus, il y avait un animateur, Mr Ramazan, qui était très gentil et il fait un bon travail pour son établissement. Et je remercie à tous les personnels qui travaillaient là-bas pour leurs travails intense qui fournissent et tout en respectant les clients. Je conseille fortement d'y aller pour découvrir l'endroit et l'hôtel qui est extraordinaire.

+: L’établissement se situe tout proche de la plage Çamyuva Beach . Un mini buffet est à votre disposition juste à côté de la plage (les boissons sont gratuits). Les personnels étaient très sympas notamment Ceren et Şehzade qui m’ont accompagnés du début jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour. Je recommande :)

+: Location is fairly fine if you are looking to stay away from crowds from Kemer.
-: They hotel was extremely hot, room air conditioning doesn’t cool down. It was nearly impossible to sleep in the room so warm. Terrible. All inclusive concept is a joke, they charge for everything including wifi
