+: Compared to the other hotels, I more or less got what I paid for. The hotel and facilities are not brand new, but it works. The rooms are clean and two cleaning ladies are quite nice people. The personnel are friendly and helpful. As the biggest advantage, this hotel is in zero distance from the sea with its own beach. You can literally wake up and take a swim in the mornings.It is in walking distance from grocery stores and very nice restaurants. The food is amazing, especially the breakfast with freshly baked breads, fruits, different types of cheese, and warm meals. There's a wide variety of choices for every taste.

-: Unfortunately, there's no real coffee machine, and as a coffee addict, instant coffee was the only choice I was left with.

+: Otelin en büyük özelliği bulunduğu konumu. Onun haricinde hiç kimseye tavsiye etmem!!!

-: Booking’den ayarladıktan sonra bebek yatağı için email yazdım ve olumlu onay aldım. Otele giriş yapmadan önce telefonla aradım ve geç saatte geleceğim için bilgi verdim. Zaten telefondaki bayanın konuşması o anda bana olumsuz gelmişti. Neden arıyormuşum gibi davrandı bana. Neyse, biz gece saat 02:00 civarı otele giriş yaptık. Check in kolay geçti ve bebek yatağı hazır mı diye sordum. Rezervasyonda hem otelin müdürü hemde rezervasyonda çalışan bayan vardı. Ama bence ikisinde otelle pek alakaları yok. Neyin nerede olduğu bilmiyorlar! Biz odaya geçtik bi baktık bize bebek yatağı yerine ek yatak getirdiler. Akıl var mantık var. Kızımız daha 16 aylık ve o yatakta tek başına nasıl uyuyacak! Neyse dedik tamam bu gece kızımız bizimle uyur ve yarın bakarız. O geceniz zehir oldu ve uyuyamadık! Bu arada maalesef odamızın yerleri pis banyo temizlenmemişti! Yerde lekeler ve bol miktarda kum vardı banyoda uzun kadın saçları vardı! Açıkcası bir şok daha yaşadık!! Bir gün sonra temizlikçi bayan geldi ve otelde 3-4 adet bebek yatağının olduğu söyledi!! Yani müdürü ve resepsiyonda çalışan bayanı yalanladı! Odanın neden bu kadar pis olduğunu sorduğumuzda da bize garip bir cevap verdi. Neymişte biz temizliyoruz ama çalışanlar odayı kullanıyorlar diye tuhaf bir cevap geldi. Açıkçası biz çok pişman olduk. Otelde temizlik sıfır!! Aynısını çocukların odasında da gördük. Yerler ve banyo pislik içindeydi !! Gardıroptan atıştırmalıklar çıktı. Yani o gardırop hiç kontrol edilmemiş. İşçilerin yüzleri gülmüyordu. 1-2 genç ve istekli işçiden hariç hepsi hayal kırıklığı! 2024 yılın dayız ama odalarda ve sahilde internet çekmiyor!! Otelin bedava araba parkı yoktu! Kahvaltıda hep aynı şeyler vardı. Kahvaltıda patates püresini ilk defa gördüm! Bu yorumları okuduktan sonra kendiniz karar verin!

+: The location was unbelievably close to the beach, including an exclusive private beach! Imagine dining at restaurants and sitting at tables in the evening, just 1 meter from the shore—absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was fantastic, with the sound of the waves providing the perfect backdrop. The price-quality ratio was excellent, making it an incredible deal. I was blown away by the stunning views and the overall experience. It truly felt like a slice of paradise, especially in during sunset!

-: The bathroom is somewhat outdated, and the furniture is no longer in the best condition. Although the room was cleaned daily, the bathroom was always slightly grubby. There were water stains on the fixtures and lime deposits on the shower walls. The toilet was always very clean, but the fixtures at the sink, the shower, and the shower floor were only moderately cleaned. Those who place a high value on an extremely clean and shiny bathroom might have issues here.

+: La posizione sulla spiaggia a Bitez e la fermata dei minibus proprio lì .Il materasso comodo .

-: Le camere molto piccole . Il bagno davvero da schifo . Lo sciacquone non funzionava e il wc si allagava . Un giorno siamo rientrati e abbiamo trovato il wc pieno fino all orlo di acqua sporca . Lo staff si è subito attivato per cambiarci la camera e In effetti la seconda camera era molto meglio della numero 112.In conclusione non ci riandrei , sceglierei altro . Un vero peccato perché l hotel potrebbe davvero essere un punto di forza della zona .La colazione scarsa di dolce , solo salato e il secondo giorno ci hanno fatto pagare il cappuccino 80 Tl quando il primo giorno era incluso nella colazione .

+: Location was excellent Me and my wife we enjoyed the beach just front of the hotel. Staff where unfreinly as well management only one of the staff small and saying hello They lock twice with out no reason our room The Wfi did not working rooms but when you come outside room it's working fine I don't understand how the people like them running such that public business
