+: The food was amazing across all areas. Also good to see something is always going on and the extra pools etc!
-: Being totally honest I thought reception were not accommodating or friendly. I also thought it was extremely disappointing for a 5* hotel there was no irons available only the laundry room and ridiculous prices to use. I would not rate this a 5*

-: Lifts and bathrooms were insanely hot. We couldn't get a sun lounger by the pool. All sun loungers were taken by 7am!

-: The fact I booked 3 rooms well in advance and told my rooms are not available on arrival? Lucky the sister hotel is next door so they put us there and we got to use both hotel facilities so that was a good bonus and we were really happy with that. Definitely come back.

+: The property was grounds its self was ok, but it the fact that cats areAloud to just roam around the hotel then inside was beyond me. Allergies are not taken serious
-: the rooms were hot air conditioning was very loud couldn’t get to sleep at times. The room was very hot without it, the noise the hotel control at night which is a central problem.
