+: The staff were very welcoming!

+: I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and the Golden Horn, with easy access to buses and the metro.The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late, but Mr. Soltan made our late-night check-in smooth and easy.Highly recommended!

-: Staff behavior was insolent! --> If you want to avoid headache change your mind and book another hotel. 3 days after check-in they claimed that they didn't receive their money yet from Booking.com and requested me to clarify the payment situation with booking.com. Although my payment was done, and I knew this is not my problem, I wanted to help them. After contacting booking.com several times and spending couple of hours of my trip time in this issue, as their issue was not resolved (although booking.com was telling me that they have already received their money, but they were claiming that someone hacked the system and they are not the recipient of the money), in the last night they told they won't allow me to check-out until payment is done. As I didn't accept to pay two times, they told we should go to Police office! Can you believe it? Polic office for an already done payment with available proof! After visiting the police office, the police man told them that as the customer already paid, you cannot avoid his check-out. However, they still were insisting that I should pay, otherwise I cannot take my luggage and leave the hotel. At the end, I checked out without paying again, but they wasted several hours of my time in trip, stressed our group for something that I had absolutely nothing to do with and showed me how unprofessional and unreliable they are. Never ever visit this hotel and recommend it to no one!

-: WORST POSSIBLE TEAM - the morning person makes his buddy sleep at the hotel and forces me to have breakfast at his disgusting non-fresh buddy's hotel to get his commission on the breakfast. - you won't find a more arrogant person than the one who works in the afternoon. he coos with his wife during his shift. - at night, the guy thinks he's very important and super-intelligent, but you can't understand a sentence when he speaks in English. He only understands himself. I asked this team to receive a female friend in my room for an hour, and they refused. These are the same people who can't get through a service without their friends or wives squatting in the hotel reception. The reception is always full of their friendsfamily. When the friends disappear for just an hour, they turn on the soccer very loud or eat in the lobby. Lobby is not for the guest, thats for them. If you don't fall into the tourist trap, they'll hate you and won't say a word to you, but that's the basis of respect, not even a hello. I had the misfortune to forget my electric toothbrush, so I wrote to them quickly. Of course, they didn't even bother to reply and kept it to themselves. I don't think they've understood their roles, they behave like divas, it's the customers who serve them. Not to be trusted. I asked for their manager's contact details, of course they refused. The only decent person is the new Kurdistan employee, he's not yet corrupt.

-: Nos sugirieron una excursión con cena nocturna en el barco y no fue gran cosa; hemos visto otros barcos y otros servicios mejor y les sugiero contratar otras empresas.

+: The hotel was very good in terms of price performance. The employees are polite and helpful. Also close to everywhere. Transportation is important for the holiday and this hotel is a two-minute walk from the metro. I will come again, thank you for everything
