+: Essen!

-: Ausser das Essen kann kriegt das Hotel von mir vielleicht nur 1 Stern. Auch wenn ein paar Personal sehr nett waren, war zum größten Teil der Personal unfreundlich. Abends konnte man sich nicht in ruhe aussehalb des Zimmers aufhalten, weil es immer hies, dass hier sauber gemacht werden müsse oder etwas repariert werden müsse!!! Abscheulich war vor allem, dass man im Beach vom Blue Star für Liegen und Sonnenschirme TÄGLICH zahlen musste! Obwohl all incl. Gebucht war. Nie wieder Blue Star!

-: Hotellet var slidt. Der var kaos ved måltiderne, fordi der var alt for mange gæster. Ikke stort udvalg af mad.

+: A reggelik, az ebédek, és a vacsorák is bőségesek, nagyon finomak voltak. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A hotel elhelyezkedése szintén nagyon rendben van, közel van a part.

-: A Wi-Fi jel erőssége problémás volt. Nekünk a 10. emeleti szobába gyakorlatilag elérhetetlen volt. Ami nem tetszett annyira talán az volt, hogy attól függetlenül, hogy All Inclusive a hotel, a Kleopatra Beachen fizetni kell a hotelhez tartozó 5-ös jelzéssel ellátott Beach részen a napozó ágyakért és a napernyőért. Ez mindennap 210 Török Líra volt.

+: Tæt på centrum, fin pool område og underholdning. Maden var også god.

-: Dårlige værelser, da vi ankom havde de ikke de bestilte værelser til os og vi bøvlede i 2 dage med at få ordenligd værelser. Til sidst fik vi er værelse hvor klima ikke virkede..

+: Horrible hotell, stay away

-: You can not call this a 4 star all inclusive!I would say 2 star! Nothing is included, horrible food, no sunbeds available, looks like a prison inside, rude staffBeachlunch had nothing other than pre made burgers thats been laying in the sun for god knows how long. This is the worst hotel iv ever stayed at in Turkey

+: The food was of average quality. The breakfast was the same every morning - mostly eggs, simits, cheese, fries. There were pancakes only 2 times for the whole week. Lunch and dinner - it is like you are eating the same food regardless of the time of the day.

-: Overall our stay in the hotel was not pleasant. The first "surprise" - we arrived by car but there was not a parking, although in the description it specifically said that there is a place to park your vehicle. The hotel is placed on a hill 1 km away from the beach. The sunbeds on the beach are paid, which surprised many people - around 6 euros. The cleaning lady never changed our towels, the sheets were changed only once for the entire stay - 7 days. The staff in the restaurant did not know English, they are indifferent to the guests and do not seem to care for their job. Overall the hotel does not worth your money - do not go there if you want to have a good vacation.
