-: Appena arrivata prima stanza minuscola con letto rotto e materasso pure. Fortunatamente il ragazzo della reception ha provveduto a cambiarmi stanza al 3° giorno. Pulizie scarsissime nelle stanze e va chiesto ogni volta di pulire e spesso mancano i panni, le lenzuola mai cambiate in 1 stanza in 10 gg. Bagni sporchi, livello d'igiene pessimo.Internet wifii non funziona.Colazione sempre la stessa e solo ed esclusivamente salata poco varia. Aria condizionata difettosa.Dal cambiamento gestione peggiorata da un punteggio 8 per me a 2 massimo, e solo per la cortesia e posizione sennò 0. Va rivisto tutto.

-: Everything. I guess u don't even get what u pay for. Rooms get flooded from bathroom. WiFi does not work. Receptionist will never give you change back. They'll say we dont have the change will give you once available. Which means I'm keeping it.

+: Staff at the reception was lovely and so helpful, room were good size , beds was okay double bed are 2 single beds witch was a bit annoying , otherwise everything else is good ac working very good and fridge included

-: Hated the cleaners as they could not understand English so wasn’t able to do what we told them, the cleaners didn’t use to top up our coffee and toilet paper or only use to provide one coffee and toilet paper for 4 people room, but receptionist staff was always able to help us with more but we had to go down to the reception to ask for more
