+: Frühstück war gut. Die Lage war gut, man konnte mit der Bahn vieles erreichen. Wir sind auch vom Fenerbahce Stadion aus zu Hotel gelaufen. Nähe des Hotels gibt es wunderschöne Restaurants. Marmaray & Metro ist ganz in der Nähe. Zimmer sehr ruhig und sauber gewesen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, wir sind von allem Zufrieden gewesen, vielen dank an Betül an der Rezeption! :) Sie war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr positiv gegenüber den Kundinnen :)
-: Eigentlich gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Vielleicht nur für die Taxis etwas, die Rampe vor der Eingangstür für die Autos, die wurde sehr steil gebaut. Die Autos bzw. Taxis die das Hotel besuchen hauen meistens den Unterboden des Autos an. Falls ein Kunde mit seinem Auto das Hotel besuchen sollte, müsste sehr vorsichtig fahren um den Unterboden des Autos nicht zu verletzen.

+: Sehr schönes Hotel. Ich war noch nie so gut aufgehoben. Sehr nettes Personal - Saubere Zimmer und das Essen schmeckt einfach grandios gut. Ich habe viele Hotels in Istanbul besucht aber das Hotel war wirklich das beste :). immer wieder gerne
