+: Ideally situated close to the airport...The staff are very pleasant and helpful, a credit to the hotel.

-: Expensive for a self proclaimed 5* which it clearly wasn't. 3* at a push. The hotel is outdated and in need of serious renovation.

-: Er stond wiffi aangegeven, dat is alleen in de hoofdgebouw beschikbaar.Als je een studio ernaast zat had je geen wiffi. Let wel op als je gebruik wilt maken van de binnenbad, moet je een badmuts dragen. Andere binnen baden zijn gescheiden en vanaf 16 jaar. Waar mijn dochter van 8 jaar geen gebruik kon maken. Voor de aquapark moest je apart betalen! Bij het inchecken rond 12 uur was de kamer nog niet klaar moet bijna een uur wachten, ondertussen boden ze wel wat te drinken aan.
