+: Hôtel très bien placé, quartier calme mais à proximité du centre-ville. A noter qu'à pied, il y a une bonne montée pour atteindre l'hôtel. Personnel attentionné et toujours disponible (mention spéciale à Denis qui a été parfait du début à la fin) Très bel hôtel, très propre, décoré avec goût et avec une vue magnifique Excellent rapport qualitéprix

-: La poca pulizia nelle camere, nel zona colazione il personale e’ approssimativo nessuno ha in mano una spugna per pulire le tovagliette di plastica di quelli che hanno mangiato prima di te. Buffet colazione curato poco. Cameriera buona cerca di venderti solo uova ma poi è maleducata. Nessuno che ti saluta la mattina se non sei tu ha farti sentire. Il bar e’ abbandonato giorno e notte. Personale in reception non ha nessuna informazione chiara da darti sulle spiaggia su un ristorante, nulla… mute. Solo una molto sorridente e sempre presente in hotel, credo fosse una stagista. Non dormiva mai. Palestra sporca. Camera con odore d umidità, pulita il minimo, cioè solo il letto facevano. Sono rimasti dei mozziconi di sigarette 2 gg nel portacenere fuori. Ah abbiamo anche avvisato che c’era poca pulizia ma nessuna reazione.
