+: personalet i køkkenet er søde

-: Personalet ved lobbyen var ringe! De ikke gode til engelsk. Vi havde bestilt transfer service så vi kunne blive kørt til lufthavnen men da vi kom hen til dem vidste de ikke hvad vi snakkede om. Manageren fortæller han ikke er blevet informeret af sit personale. DÅRLIG SERVICE.

+: nous avons séjourné pour 4 nuit dans cette hôtel ce qu’ont a aimer c’est l’aqua parc

-: alors pour commencer l’hôtel en lui même ne vos pas 4 mais 2 étoile je dirai…pas d’animation…restauration pas assez de choix..les chambre sont très malnettoyer j’ai était très très déçu!!!!!trop d’escalier à monter descendre je ne conseille pas à des famille avec bébé pousette ou personne avec chaise roulante…ce qu’il a prie le devant de l’hôtel et de notre séjours c’est l’aqua parc qui était génial les petits se sont éclater durant les 4 jours très déçu car pour un hôtel sois disant 4* a bodrum j’aurai pensait mieux !!!!!!! mais sa reste tous de même de bon souvenir

+: Les animateurs, sauf une qui nous a harcelée tous le sejour

-: Tous le reste, les chambres sont sales longue distances pour la picines et les restaurants. Pas assez de nourriture. J’ai demandée plusieurs fois que la chambre soit nettoyée depuis le premier jour toujour pas nettoyé. Aquapark trop loin et monté fatiguant.
