+: Everything was good. We arrived very late by 2 am staff was waiting for us and when i asked him i can pay now and he was very kind he said u must be tired so u just go and rest payment you can do in morning .

-: We booked family room and there was only 1 ac and other was not cooking first night we kept Windows open as it was cold outside . Second night we asked staff if he can have a look. He checked and said it was on wrong mode but still it didn’t cool how it was suppose to be. Rest everything was good.

+: Beautiful location, great room, lovely rooftop, good buffet breakfast included (for us - think for everyone) Great situation central but up hill a little so a cool view over the town and magical for balloon watching early morning and only 8 min walk from the balloon viewpoint - and friendly helpful staff

-: Nothing but it might be helpful to give booked guests a little more info about the correct prices for balloon flights.... all the sites advertise €175+ but in reality this was not the case and we need not have booked ahead as the agency down the road was selling flights next morning for €90 and hotel selling for €110 - this may vary but £175 and up seemed very excessive

+: ダウンタウンに近く、屋外博物館へも徒歩圏内。レストランやショップも歩いて直ぐのところにたくさんある。グリーンツアーが終わって空港行きのシャトルを待つ間、シャワーが使える。大きな荷物は勿論、貴重品も金庫に預かってくれる。シャトルやツアーの申込みもスムーズ。気球はテラスから観れる。エレベーターはないけど、大きな荷物は運んでくれる。

-: 前の宿泊者の髪の毛が落ちていたし、床はざらついていて、一見綺麗に見えるけど、もっと丁寧に掃除してほしい。フロントは人によって英語がイマイチ。翻訳アプリ使ってトルコ語に翻訳して通じました。部屋のシャワーは扉がなくて、気をつけないとトイレまでビショビショになる。口コミで解っていたので、気をつけました。湯沸かしポットはあるけど、冷蔵庫や貴重品ボックスはない。Ｍサイズのスーツケースを広げると部屋の扉が開かない位の広さ。二人まで泊まれることになってるけど、一人部屋の広さ。

+: Staff cortese, gentile e disponibile. I servizi che offre la città di Goreme sono veramente al top oltre al fatto che la popolazione locale è davvero cordiale e socievole.

+: Luogo suggestivo, ambienti curati. Grande disponibilità del personale.

+: L’emplacement, la terrasse depuis laquelle on voit merveilleusement bien les montgolfières au levé du jour, petit dej au top, personnel très aidant

-: Pas vraiment d’endroit où se poser à l’extérieur hormis la terrasse qui est en plein soleil toute la journée, et des plaids le matin auraient été un bonus très apprécié.

+: La ubicación es increíble. El recinto es super bonito con una terraza donde poder relajarse. La habitación amplia, el baño completo con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. Cada dia reponen amenities, toallas y aguas. Personal agradable y servicial, sobre todo una chica del restaurante siempre con una sonrisa y alegria a la hora de atenderte.

-: La cama un poco incomoda, se notaban los muelles del colchón. La ventilación del baño y la habitación en general no era muy buena.
