-: Booked 2 nights but was informed by a 3rd party that they have no more rooms available (booked 4 months ago) and my family and I would have to sleep at their other branch, which turned out to be an apartment building above a cafe. NO communication with the selin otel spa belek management or staff.

-: Upon arrival after midnight, we were greeted outside the hotel by an out rushing ill-mannered manager telling us the hotel is fully booked ( I booked it 4 months in advance ) and we will be sent to another location which with 3 kids and a long flight is the last thing I wanted to hear…we were sent to an apartment block above a cafe….

-: Хотела е на магистралата буквално, дограмата не е шумоизолирана и не се затваря плътно и шума е буквално вътре в стаята. Климатика работи с карта която е закачена със заварена халка за ключа от стаята, излезеш ли климатика спира и става сауна. Закуската е под всякаква критика, пиколо няма, мини бар няма....лошо ниво на английски на персонала.

+: Decent hotel in convenient spot (for a vehicle: you can't really walk anywhere). Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast was basic but adequate - and they make you a decent nespresso at the bar. Parking lot.
-: Breakfast staff wasn't particularly friendly. You have to drive down the bridge and do a u-turn to access, or contrive to drive through back streets to get to the property.
