Cheers Hostel Istanbul is located in the heart of Sultanahmet, just minutes from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. It offers a terrace bar with views of the Old Istanbul. Rooms at Cheers Hostel are individually decorated and come with air conditioning. Common bathrooms are located along the halls. Linen and towels are provided. The hostel’s Wintergarden Terrace & Panoramic Bar serves kebabs and international cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a self-mixed Mojito. Cheers Hostel is located only a few minutes’ walk from tourist attractions such as the Underground Cistern, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. People between the ages of 18-40 can stay in dormitory rooms. There is no age limit in other rooms.

+: Stones throw away from the big tourist sites.
-: Outside noise in the triple room, and one of the rooms had light flooding in from hallway. Had to improvise and use a mattress to cover.

+: Got a double room for myself and my partner. We arrived post dinner and were happy to see reception still open. Our room was across the street, on the yop floor. Big room and bath either a huge balcony. Very nice and clean. Mind you there's no elevator and final stairs are small. We were ok but I would've been scared if we had giant suitcases. Room was quiet and we had a good night sleep. The resident dog is super friendly, give him some belly rubs. And there was a kitten outside reception that started purring the instant I petted them!
-: Unfortunately we had to leave by 800 am and breakfast didn't start till 9am so can't comment.
