+: Oncelikle resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar çok nazik ve ilgili..aracı park ettiğiniz andan itibaren işlerini iyi yaptığını hissediyorsunuz..kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. fotoğraflarda görünen her detay odanızda mevcut..çok konforlu ve huzurlu iki gün geçirdim..Çevredeki birçok otelden daha fazla olanağa sahip. Konakladiktan sonra gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar kalmayı dusuneceksiniz

+: Ніякого сніданку не було, та його там і бути не може.

-: Номер був не прибраний. Дуже смерділо цигарками, він прокурений наче заводська роздягальня. В першу ніч було дуже шумно від сусідів. Треба віддати належне, що після скарг, номер прибрали, сусідів заспокоїли.

+: The view was great. The bed was comfy. It was more than a hotel room with a huge balcony, kitchen, and bedroom. The staff was very helpful. They were very accommodating and quickly answered our needs 24 hours.

+: Excellent location and pleasant staff

-: The room could have use good cleaning. We were told this is due to hotel being just re-opened after covid. Nevertheless, the furniture was dated and the kitchen was not stuffed properly. The hotel brought some missing dishes, and utensils but not after we specifically asked for it

+: I received so much more from these kind and lovely people than i could ever pay back. They treated me like a friend and alway tried to make my trip as comfortable as possible and that's priceless!! Especially Sidar, Emre and Apo made my vacation unforgettable! But each person that i've met there was very friendly and i always received a smile from them.The room was very comfortable, clean and large and the view from my balcony was spectacular! If you need additional equipment for the kitchen, just ask for it and you'll receive whatever you need. The same for additional towels or roomservice. The bathroom was clean and had a large shower. Shampoo and Soap was provided. The air-conditioning worked well. There is also an elevator in the building. There are plenty of grocery markets and restaurants next to the hotel. And there will always (247) be somebody at the reception who can help you to order food to your room or to give you advices for any regards or even just to spend some time with you with some turkish tea or coffee which is included in the price. They also serve shisha for a reasonable price.You can reach Taksim Square and Istiklal Street in just 5 minutes walking but the way there is like climbing a mountain 😄 The next bus station and tramway is also just 5 minutes down the hill. Sultanahmet with it's beautiful mosques is just 20 minutes away by train. So the area is just perfect.The employees will be pleased to help you as soon as possible if you have any issues, questions or needs! I loved my stay at Cihangir Ceylan Suite Hotel and i would definitely go there again.
