+: La propreté de la chambre et le petit déjeuner. Les lits étaient confortables. Pour remédier au souci de navette l’hôtel a offert le petit déjeuner et une corbeille de fruits. La piscine et le hammam sont appréciables.
-: J'avais commandé une navette privée entre l'aéroport et l’hôtel qui n'est jamais venue. La communication en anglais n'est pas facile et comme nous ne parlons pas turc c'était fastidieux.

-: I had a horrible Experience ,when I checked in We had three rooms I told Them one of the rooms required a late check out 3 pm because of a flight timing and offered to pay for that the guy at the desk told me not to worry and it will be taken care of ,the room was for someone With 3 young children ,and she was by her self ,the day of check out they demanded she leaves at exactly 12 and did not offer her one minute more ,she was in a panic ,and ruined her whole day and experience ,I don’t Recomnded this hotel to any one ,and will never stay their Again very bad service ,and no type of customer relations ,they also prevented me from using the shuttle Bus that goes to the airport ,

+: It is well maintained and located at a calm place what I normally like. Everything work except the room TV which takes time to switch on. Sometimes it even disappears for long time. I was even surprised to see an hotel of 5 stars not capable to show the European cup of nations 2025 and the copa of America 24. I also like the Spa facilities. Excellent.
