-: Нас, 3 людей, заселили в номер, в якому двері до туалету не зачинялися. Дерево з дверей була розбухше і двері фізично не могли зачинитися, тобто, ходити в туалет треба із відчиненими дверима! Причина таких дверей зрозуміла-вся вода з душу виливалася на підлогу! Я звернулася до адміністрації з проблемою, на що хлопець сказав, що подивиться. Але за 5 годин ніхто не відреагував. Тоді я звернулася другий раз, але вже до менеджера, який просто записав номер кімнати, я йому показала відео, він поохав, але реакції теж нуль. Тому що адміністрація знає який номер дає.!По ванній бігають таргани. В номері та на території брудно. Їжа дуже одноманітна та несмачна. Інтернеті лагав.Єдине, за що можна поставити плюс цьому «готелю», то це розташування. Нікому не раджу, навіть за безкоштовно.

+: Everything exceeded my expectations and was just perfect, from location, meals, comfort to staff kindness. The famous Kleopatra beach is just across the street, it is amazing! We will definetely come back!

+: Nice stuff

-: A booked another room but at the end I got beds for two persons. Actually it was supposed to get the room with 3 beds. Two absolutely different rooms- on pictures and what we stayed. We were 6 . My wife and 4 children. It was uncomfortable

+: This was a big surprise: Our originally booked hotel was overbooked and sent us away. At 10 pm! As we stumbled through the nightly streets of Alanya, looking for an alternative, somebody from this place approached us. We didn't expect anything, but were happy to have found a place. What a surprise we were in for: The room was huge, super clean, had a huge balcony with sea view (!) and was really well equipped. And the staff were all super nice and helpful. So if you are looking for excellent value for money in Alanya... don't look any further. I highly recommend this place.

+: Nic, po przyjeździe pracownik powiedział, że nie mają miejsca w hotelu, a potwierdzenie rezerwacji przychodzi automatycznie z bookingu i to nie jego wina. Zostaliśmy bez miejsca do spania, więc o 20:00 musieliśmy szukać nowego miejsca. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne zachowanie. Powinni się skontaktować że mną wcześniej i powiedzieć jak wygląda sytuacja.

-: Zachowanie pracownika. Kierownik nie przyszedł nawet przeprosić za sytuację.

-: Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide som sådan, men ønsker man pool hygge, så er poolen ret lille, og kun 6 liggestole, men den er der, og er pæn og ren. Maden lidt ensformig, men det tror jeg den er alle steder på de fleste all-inclusive hoteller.
